- How to find it
- Follow the third metatarsal proximally to the joint line. The bone directly proximal to it borders the cuboid and forms the transition to the lateral column of the foot.
- What you use it for
- The boundary between the medial and lateral columns of the foot. Tenderness across the whole row of cuneiforms fits midfoot overload.
