Arteria gastrica sinistra

- Smallest direct branch of the celiac trunk
- Insertion
- Ascends to the cardia (emitting esophageal branches) then arches down along the lesser curvature of the stomach to anastomose with the right gastric artery

- Supplies the lesser curvature of the stomach and lower esophagus
