Vena posterior ventriculi sinistri (Vena inferior)
- Origin
- Arises from the capillary network on the diaphragmatic (inferior) surface of the left ventricle
- Insertion
- Ascends the posterior wall of the left ventricle to terminate into the coronary sinus (or great cardiac vein)
- Function
- Drains deoxygenated venous blood from the inferoposterior left ventricular myocardium into the coronary sinus

- Cardiac autonomic plexus
