Tuberculum minus humeri

How to find it

With the arm at the side, look a finger's breadth lateral to the coracoid process. On external rotation the tubercle rolls away medially under your finger, on internal rotation it comes towards you. That movement is the confirmation.

What you use it for

Insertion of subscapularis, the only internal rotator of the cuff. Tenderness here points to subscapularis tendinopathy.
