- How to find it
- Follow the medial side of the femur one to two centimetres proximal from the medial epicondyle. There you feel a small hard bump, exactly where the adductor magnus tendon ends.
- What you use it for
- The landmark that separates adductor magnus from the other adductors, and the reference from which to find the medial joint line.
