Processus styloideus radii
- How to find it
- On the thumb side of the wrist, the distal end of the radius. It normally reaches about a centimetre further down than its counterpart on the little finger side.
- What you use it for
- Reference for radial inclination after a distal radius fracture; the Finkelstein test hurts right across it in de Quervain tenosynovitis.
