- How to find it
- Find Lister's tubercle and move straight distally from it. Have the wrist brought into palmar flexion: a dome then rises under your finger that sinks away again in dorsiflexion.
- What you use it for
- The middle bone of the proximal carpal row and the one that most often dislocates. Avascular necrosis of it is Kienböck's disease.
