Epicondylus medialis humeri

How to find it: The clearly prominent bump on the inner side of the elbow. The ulnar nerve runs directly behind it in its groove; stroke across it gently.
What you use it for: Attachment of the wrist flexors (medial epicondylitis) and the wall of the cubital tunnel.
