- How to find it
- On the ulnar side of the wrist a round prominence stands out dorsally in pronation. Rotate the forearm back and forth: in supination it almost disappears, in pronation it returns.
- What you use it for
- The articular disc of the TFCC lies beneath the head. Tenderness in the hollow between head and styloid points to a TFCC injury, a common cause of ulnar-sided wrist pain.
