Shoulder
Superior angle of the scapula
Angulus superior scapulae
- How to find it
- Follow the medial border of the shoulder blade upward until it turns into the superior border, at the level of the second thoracic vertebra. This point lies deep to trapezius, so press through gently until you reach bone; levator scapulae attaches exactly there.
- What you use it for
- Attachment of levator scapulae, and a classic site of neck complaints with prolonged screen work.
